Maple Granola with Pecans and Buckwheat

Ingredients

  • 2 c Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1 c Buckwheat Groats
  • 2 c Pecans, or other nuts
  • 3/4 c Shredded coconut or coconut flakes
  • 1/4 c Coconut Sugar
  • 3/4 tbsp. Salt
  • 1/4 c Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 c Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  2. Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour and 15 mins, stirring occasionally so the granola browns evenly.
  3. Remove from oven and allow to cool before placing into a container to store.
