Cinnamon Date Cashew Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c Raw cashews, soaked at least 6 hours
  • 6 c Water
  • 4 Dates, pitted (optional)
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender (I use a Vitamix) and blend on high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a pitcher and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
