30 Mar Cinnamon Date Cashew Milk

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c Raw cashews, soaked at least 6 hours
- 6 c Water
- 4 Dates, pitted (optional)
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. Salt (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender (I use a Vitamix) and blend on high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth.
- Transfer to a pitcher and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
