02 Sep Date Cranberry Orange Energy Balls

Ingredients
- 2 c Pecans
- 2 c Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 c Dried Cranberries (sweetened with apple juice, not cane sugar)*
- 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
- Zest from one Orange
- Sea salt to taste
- 1/2 c Hemp seeds
Instructions
- Place nuts into the food processor and pulse until nuts are a coarse meal texture.
- Pit dates and add them to the food processor. Pulse until nuts and dates are well combined. it may require some pulsing and a bit of redistributing the dates in the food processor to get them blended up because they are sticky.
- Add in cranberries, orange zest, nutmeg and salt and process until everything is well combined.
- Take about a tablespoon sized chunk of "dough" and roll into a ball in your hands. Roll the ball in hemp seeds until covered.
