26 Jan Maple Granola with Pecans and Buckwheat

Ingredients
- 2 c Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 1 c Buckwheat Groats
- 2 c Pecans, or other nuts
- 3/4 c Shredded coconut or coconut flakes
- 1/4 c Coconut Sugar
- 3/4 tbsp. Salt
- 1/4 c Maple Syrup
- 1/4 c Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour and 15 mins, stirring occasionally so the granola browns evenly.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before placing into a container to store.
