17 Sep Fig and Prosciutto Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Large handfuls of Arugula
- 4 Thin slices of Prosciutto (check package to make sure it is gluten and sugar free)
- 6 figs, halved
- 1/4 c Walnuts, toasted
- 1 tsp. Sesame seeds, toasted (optional)
For the dressing:
- 1/2 c Tahini
- 1/2 c Lemon Juice
- 1/2 c Olive Oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Gather and prepare ingredients. Arrange salad ingredients, other than sesame seeds (if using) on the plate.
- Combine dressing ingredients into a small container with a lid and shake until well combined, then pour as much as desired evenly over the salad.
- Top with sesame seeds (if using). Enjoy!
