Instructions
Heat cooking oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add sliced broccoli and spread out over the bottom of the pan. Cook on one side for about 7 minutes, then flip and cook on the otherside for about a minute. Turn heat down if there is any smoking at any point. You are looking for some charring on oneside of the broccoli, and leaving it on one side for longer will allow that side to char/brown slightly.
Add tahini and lemon juice to the broccoli in the pan and move broccoli around with a spatula to get tahini and lemon worked through.
Move broccoli from the pan to a serving bowl, add diced apples and sesame seeds and a sprinkle of salt on top and enjoy!
