Combine sweet potato, applesauce and tahini in a high speed blender and blend until smooth
Mix dry ingredients together, stir and add then stir them to the wet mixture
Once the dough is combined, work the dough into about 9 balls and place them touching on a pan lined with a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sunflower and hemp seeds.
Bake at 350˚F for 35-40mins, until the rolls spring back when touched. Allow to cool before eating.
